When I go to the Game DVR section of the Xbox app, it now redirects me to the Windows settings area (Settings -> Gaming -> Game DVR). When I have it turned on, I can get game bar to open with the guide button. When I enable game bar, I can enable or disable this feature in the Game Bar's settings, and the change carries over to the box in the Windows settings area. There's an option in the Game Bar tab of the Windows settings area to "Open game bar using this button on a controller" (with an image of the Xbox guide button). The game bar can be turned off through Windows settings too, though when I enable it, I can access with Windows + G.
